Application Procedures

  • Step1
    Space Application

    Please complete the Space Application Form and email to info@together-expo.com. Application Deadline: 30 June, 2019.

  • Step2
    Set up the booth

    The Organizer will provide location options for exhibitors based on application sequence & size of booth. Exhibitors will also receive login ID for the online platform.

  • Step 3
    Sign & Stamp the Exhibition Contract

    After confirmation the booth location with the exhibitor, the organizer will issue contract & invoices for payment. The exhibition contract will be provided by organizer.

  • Step4
    Pay the First 50% Booth Rental

    Exhibitor shall settle the First Payment within 14 days of the contract day to reserve the booth.

  • Step5
    Exhibitor Services

    Exhibitors shall complete the online forms with the Login & Password provided by the Organizing Committee. The forms include but not limited to Exhibits information, Special Design Booth Request, Equipment Lifting, exhibitor event release, advertisement, technical seminar & accommodation etc.

  • Step6
    Settle Balance Payment

    Exhibitors Shall settle the payment on or before 30 June 2019. The organizing committee shall provide the “Booth Confirmation Slip” to exhibitors. Organizer reserve the right to cancel or adjust the booth arrangement of the exhibitors if the balance payment is not settled before the deadline.

  • Step7
    Ready for exhibition

    The Organizer will issue exhibitor kit & visitor invitation information to exhibitor prior to move in period. Exhibitors shall follow the procedures to set up/move in to the exhibition and to invite clients & industry fellow to visit the show.
